Exporting and deleting your data

Your kennel's records are yours. You can take a full copy at any time, even after your subscription ends.

Export everything

Owners: open Settings → Export your data.

• Everything is a .zip with every record as a spreadsheet (CSV), plus photos, vaccine files, signed waivers and your logo.
• Spreadsheets only leaves out the files.

KennelFetch prepares the export in the background. When it's ready, tap Download. Each export stays available for 7 days. The file holds pet owners' contact details, so keep it somewhere safe.

Delete your account

Open More → Your account → Delete account. The app shows exactly what will happen first:

• If you're the only owner of a kennel, that kennel and all its records are deleted too. You'll see its upcoming stays and deposits held, and you can Export first. Type the kennel's name to confirm.
• If the kennel has another owner, it stays. Only your access ends.
• Staff accounts can be deleted at any time; the kennel's records stay.

Deleting your account doesn't cancel your subscription. Cancel it in App Store or Google Play settings. Your sign-in is removed within 24 hours and we email you when it's done.

Remove a household's personal details

When a pet owner asks you to forget them, open the household and tap Anonymize household (owners only). Names, contact details, address, notes, dog names and photos, documents, saved cards and sign-ins are removed. Bookings, payments, care logs and incident reports are kept for your records, without the person's details. A household with an upcoming or current stay can't be anonymized until the stay is over or cancelled.
