Rates and holidays

Your rates decide what pet owners see on your booking page and what KennelFetch charges.

Nightly rates

Set one rate per night for each kind of run. If a second dog from the same family shares the run, you can set a lower extra-dog rate.

Nights or days

Choose how you count a stay:

• Per night: Friday drop-off, Sunday pick-up is 2 nights.
• Per day: the same stay is 3 days.

Pick the one you already use so prices match what your customers expect.

Holidays and busy weeks

Add a peak period for each holiday or busy week, with a higher rate and, if you like, a minimum stay. If any night of a stay falls inside a peak period, the minimum stay applies.

KennelFetch can add the usual US or Canadian holidays for you. Check the dates and rates before you save them.

Discounts

You can offer a discount for long stays, for example 10% off stays of 7 nights or more.

When prices change

A new rate applies to new bookings only. Stays already booked keep the price the pet owner saw.
