Payments go straight to your own payout account. KennelFetch takes no cut of your bookings.

Card payments

Once your payout account is connected, pet owners can pay deposits and balances by card on your booking page. At pick-up, you can charge the card they saved.

Cash and checks

Record cash or a check from the stay's bill. The bill updates right away so everyone sees the same balance.

Refunds

Owners can refund a card payment from the stay's bill. KennelFetch shows exactly how much goes back and to which card before you confirm.

Bills and balances

Every stay has one bill with its nights, extras, payments and refunds. A balance is never typed in by hand; KennelFetch adds it up from what happened.
