Vaccines

KennelFetch checks vaccines for every stay so you don't have to chase paperwork at drop-off.

Choose what you require

Pick the vaccines you need, such as rabies, DHPP and bordetella. A vaccine counts as valid if it expires on or after the pick-up date.

Records from pet owners

Pet owners upload a photo or PDF of the vet record from their portal. You get a notice to review it. Check the dates, then approve or reject it with a short note.

When a vaccine is missing or expired

Choose one:

• Block the booking: pet owners can't book online until the record is approved.
• Flag it: the booking goes through, and the stay shows "Needs attention" until you have the record.

Reminders

KennelFetch emails pet owners before their dog's stay if a record is missing or will expire before pick-up.
