Your waiver explains the rules of your kennel and what you are and aren't responsible for.

Writing your waiver

Start from the template and change it to match your kennel. Keep it in plain words. Have your own lawyer check it; KennelFetch doesn't give legal advice.

Signing

Pet owners sign once, online, before their first stay. KennelFetch keeps a copy of exactly what they signed, with the date and time.

Changing your waiver

When you publish a new version, pet owners sign it again before their next stay. Old signatures stay on file with the version they signed.

At drop-off

If a waiver isn't signed yet, the stay shows "Needs attention" and you can have the pet owner sign on your phone.
