Getting started with KennelFetch

KennelFetch keeps your runs, bookings, payments and daily care in one place. Pet owners book from your own booking link, and you see every stay on your phone.

What to set up first

Most kennels are ready in under an hour. Do these in order:

1. Your runs. Tell KennelFetch what you have, for example 12 standard runs and 4 large runs. See Setting up your runs.
2. Your rates. A nightly rate for each kind of run, plus holiday prices if you charge more at peak times. See Rates and holidays.
3. Deposits and cancellations. Decide what you collect up front and what you keep when someone cancels. See Deposits and cancellations.
4. Vaccines and waivers. Pick the vaccines you require and write your waiver. See Vaccines and Waivers.
5. Payments. Connect a payout account so pet owners can pay by card. See Taking payments.

When those are done, share your link. See Your booking link.

Owners and staff

The person who creates the kennel is an Owner. Owners can change settings, prices and payments. Staff handle the day: check-ins, care notes and taking payments. You can invite staff from Settings once your kennel is set up.
